Nextin (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our application.

By using Nextin, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) from users.

Specifically, we do not collect:

• Phone number
• Payment information
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Usage analytics
• Network activity logs

We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising services.

2. Information Provided by the User

To use the app, the user may enter a site identification code (“Site Code”). This code is used solely for retrieving configuration data from the user’s own or authorized service provider’s backend.

The Site Code and retrieved data:

• Are used only on the user’s device
• Are not collected, stored, or transmitted by us
• Are not shared with any third parties

We do not monitor or access the content associated with the user’s Site Code.

3. iCloud Usage

The app may access a public iCloud database to retrieve non-personal configuration information related to the user’s Site Code, such as:

• Service name
• Backend URL
• Home page URL
• Logo or branding assets
• Support endpoint information

Important notes:

• This configuration data is created and managed by the user’s chosen or authorized service provider.
• The configuration stored in the public iCloud database does not contain any personally identifiable information about you.
• We only read this data in order to configure the app on your device.
• We do not modify or delete this configuration data.
• We do not copy or store this configuration data on our own servers.

4. Network Extension Usage

The app uses Apple’s Network Extension framework to establish a private connection between the user and their own or authorized service provider’s server.

We do not:

• Provide VPN or proxy servers
• Collect or inspect network traffic
• Log connection metadata
• Provide any public or circumvention services

All network configurations belong to the user or their authorized service provider.

5. Notifications

The app may display HTML-based notifications provided by the user’s service provider. We do not host, collect, or analyze notification content.

6. Customer Support

If the user chooses to contact support through the app, the information voluntarily provided by the user (for example, the content of a message or an email address) may be sent directly to the user’s chosen or authorized service provider so that they can respond to the support request. This information is not collected or stored on our own servers. Each service provider is responsible for how they handle support-related information in accordance with their own privacy practices.

7. Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics SDKs. Any server the user connects to is operated independently by the user or their authorized provider. We do not control, manage, or collect information from those servers.

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Because we do not collect any data, the app is safe for users of all ages, subject to platform terms.

9. Data Security

Since we do not collect or store user data, there is no risk of data leakage from our systems. All data handled by the app remains stored locally on the user’s device or within the user’s own iCloud account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be made available within the app and linked from the App Store listing.
