How do I get a Site Identifier?

To obtain a Site Identifier, you must be an organization or an enterprise. please send the following information to our registration email at [email protected]:

• BackendUrl – The backend API endpoint of your service provider.
• HomePageUrl – The homepage or portal URL of your service provider.
• LogoImg – A direct link to your service provider’s logo image.
• Name – The display name of your service provider.
• SiteIdentifierStrings – A unique identifier string you would like users to enter.
• SupportApiString – The endpoint or URL users can contact for support.

Once we receive this information, we will create the configuration in the public iCloud database and provide your Site Identifier. You may then distribute this identifier to your users as needed. Why do I need a Site Identifier?

The Site Identifier allows the app to load configuration information from your authorized service provider. Without it, the app cannot retrieve your settings.

I entered my Site Identifier but nothing happens. What should I do?

Please verify that the Site Identifier is typed correctly. If the issue persists, contact your service provider or email us for assistance.

How can I contact my service provider?

If your provider offers support through the app, you can access the built-in customer support page. Otherwise, please check the contact method provided by your service operator.

Is my personal information collected?

No. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Any optional details you provide for support requests are sent directly to your authorized service provider.
